Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 13, 2026
Champions of Leisure LLC ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information and data are collected, used, and shared when you use our mobile application, Repartée (the "App").
1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
Microphone and Audio Data
Repartée requires access to your device's microphone during the "Conversation Phase" to record gameplay audio. This audio is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or store your voice recordings on our servers. The audio is primarily used within the app for the "Impugnment" playback feature and is temporarily stored. Users may optionally choose to permanently save specific recordings to their local "Hall of Fame". All saved recordings remain strictly on your device and are never shared externally.
Usage Data and Analytics
We may collect anonymous diagnostic and usage data (such as crash logs, device model, and operating system version) to help us improve the App and fix bugs. This data does not personally identify you.
2. Third-Party Services and Advertising
We use third-party services, such as Google AdMob, to display advertisements within the App. These third parties may collect and use information about your device and your interactions with the App (such as IP address, device identifiers, and location data) to provide targeted advertising and measure ad performance.
For more information on how these third parties collect and use your data, please review their respective privacy policies:
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Because we do not store your personal data or audio recordings on our servers, there is no centralized data for us to delete. Audio recordings are stored temporarily on your local device and can be permanently deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's local storage data in your device settings.
4. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take steps to remove such information.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
